Coleman County Warrant Records Coleman County Warrant Records

For a Coleman County warrant question, first read the court or agency printed on your own notice. The Sheriff’s Office can route an enforcement question, and the Justice Court clerk can address a county citation. For misdemeanor and felony files, the County Clerk and District Clerk keep different court records. Coleman Municipal Court handles city citations, while Santa Anna City Hall is the public route found for Santa Anna court questions. Start with that office. This helps keep a city case from being sent to a county clerk or another municipality.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For court status or resolution, contact the issuing court. The Sheriff’s published line is a general routing contact; the county does not publish a dedicated warrant unit line or a guaranteed phone-confirmation procedure.

Use the document’s issuing court first. Coleman County records are split among several offices, and a request sent to the wrong custodian may not be forwarded:

  • County-level enforcement routing: call the Coleman County Sheriff’s Office at 325-625-3506. Its public page links an inmate custody list, not a warrant search. Ask which office can address your specific case.
  • Justice Court citation or magistrate question: call 325-625-4223 or write to Justice Court, 100 W. Liveoak, Suite 103, Coleman, TX 76834. The court page says it has no voicemail, so do not rely on leaving a message.
  • County misdemeanor court file: contact the County Clerk at 325-625-2889 and identify the cause number. County Court is the misdemeanor court; ask the clerk which record request route applies.
  • Felony case file: contact the District Clerk at 325-625-2568. The District Clerk maintains the case-record route for 42nd District Court matters.
  • Coleman city citation: call Coleman Municipal Court at 325-625-4116 or use its published court instructions. A payment question and a warrant-recall question may require different steps.
  • Santa Anna city citation: call Santa Anna City Hall at 325-348-3403 and ask for the Municipal Court clerk. The reviewed source set did not locate a Santa Anna warrant portal or direct clerk number.
  • Novice-related notice: use the issuer printed on the document. No official public Novice court or police contact page was located, so do not infer a city contact or use another city’s payment rules.
  • Resolving a warrant: consult a licensed Texas attorney and the issuing court about appearance, bond, payment, or recall requirements. No countywide published bond schedule or surrender procedure was found.

The Sheriff’s official contact page lists the Law Enforcement Center at 965 North U.S. 283, Coleman, TX 76834 and the main phone above. It does not identify a public warrant-unit counter, warrant roster, or walk-in bond window. Call first and ask which office can route your own inquiry.
